At Bibliotheca Culinaria we are particularly proud when our titles are selected for translation and publication abroad. While it is certainly true that the excellence of Italian food and wine have achieved nearly global recognition, there are not many titles by working Italian chefs readily available in bookstores outside the confines of Italy. To the contrary, much of what is published about the cuisine of Italy is generated by Italian-American authors or Italophiles in general. This is great, but it’s not the same thing as hearing from the people who are actively working in the food and beverage sector in Italy today. Bibliotheca Culinaria can deliver those voices.
