Bear in mind that in addition to publishing books on food and wine, Bibliotheca Culinaria is also an importer of many foreign-language books in these subject areas. If you’ve had requests for titles by the new wave of Spanish chefs or fundamental reference books like the Larousse Gastronomique or the Oxford Companion to Wine, we can certainly supply them. You can, of course, search our database at any time by author, title, subject or ISBN number.

Because we are always interested in exploring those subject areas that are related to fine dining, you will also find that we carry a good selection of books on floral design, tableware, food history, the technical aspects of the restaurant business and even restaurant arichitecture. If you would like to have information about our commercial policy and/or receive news about special offers and promotions, please complete our registration form. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an e-mail message  advising that your position has been confirmed. From that point on, you will be able to enter the reserved section of the website simply by inserting the user name and password chosen at the time of registration.
